Making White Decals

Vultar 07-01-2009, 7:22 PM

I have recently started to make my own decals on my home printer. Making white decals will not work due to the fact that there is no white ink.

Is there a special type of printer that will print white decals.

   Thanks.

Only if you have LOT's of money.  Alps

There are theads on the subject, just use the search function. Wink [;)]

The alternative is use white decal paper.

If you are serious about making decals and printing white, you can buy a brand new Alps here:

You'd have to be printing a lot of decals to justify that sort of capital expenditure. You can order decals from such places as Draw Decal, who does have the ability to do white as well as single sheets with a resonable turn around time.

Its not the workbench that makes the model, it is the modeler at the workbench.
