I found this MPC Pilgrim Observer kit today.I couldn't find a copyright date but it looks like it is late'60s-early '70s vintage.Does anyone have any info on this kit?It is complete but some of the cylinders were assembled.

Those show up at oldmodelkits.com from time to time, and one is there now, with some background info: http://www.oldmodelkits.com/index.php?detail=9809&searchtext=pilgrim

I remember the kit when it first came out. Always wanted to get one and never did. Cool model, and congratulations on your score....

Indeed, you got a good deal on the model. And thanks for the offer, but I switched from styrene to card about six or seven years ago and I haven't looked back....
