I'd like to join this GB. I have two, a Revell 1/72 Eindecker, and a 1/72 Airfix Sopwith Pup. I've been putting them off since I was intimidated by the rigging, even though the pup is probably my favorite plane of all time. I did a search here on rigging, and I ended up getting some .003 "EZline", or something like that, hope it does the trick. Anyway, wish me luck, I'll need it

Andy- Got you on the list!  I wasn't sure if you wanted me to put both on there, so I just added the Pup as it was your favorite.  If you want me to add the Revell kit too, just say the word.

Mike- Outstanding!  I've managed to lure you into two GB's.  What can I say?  I really am glad you decided to have a go at this one.  These "Knights of the Sky" Group Builds wouldn't even be here if it wasn't for your inspiration.  Thanks Mike!

The Fokker D,VII was built by 3 manufacturers.  (2 licensed firms and the parent company)  Each had their own hallmarks especially with markings.  The wings are not too long the gap for the fuselage in the lower wing is too tight.  There are several restored Fokker D.VII types in museums. You might try there or the Windsock Anthology series on the type in 3 volumes.

after looking at those decale sets and then taking a second look at my Camel I think I have to investigate the decales for a Camel
