Looking good Andy, I think DM is trying to confer an honorary degree on you but you might want to check the accredidation first! Laugh [(-D]

Re: Italeri Jagdpanther

Hi all here,s the latest , i have sprayed the camo and a gloss coat , applied decals and put on two filter coats, done the areas of chipped zimmerit with grey and done chips , and also rusted the anti aircraft screens. Then i have done a pin wash and started on the tools.

Very nice work on the camo scheme Andy but what really stands-out is the steel plates over the grills. Those are just fabulous! Thumbs Up [tup]

In the last pic it looks like the sledgehammer head as a sink mark in the middle...could just be a trick of the light but if it's there you might want to give it a little bit of putty and repaint.

Man that is some nice rust!  How do you get that look?  Also, what is that bottle sitting in the photos?

thanks everyone, the bottle is Migs filter wash for traditional camo from Mig productions, it helps tone things together and tone down, its basiclly a thin wash.

Andy well done mateThumbs Up [tup]! The rust work is perfect on the anti-air craft shields.

Just one question will you be weathering the sledge handle some more? It looks a little to new for the rest of the build.

An excellent Jagdpanther. Weathering, chipping and rusting look good without being exagerated. Just love it.

Re: Italeri Jagdpanther
Hey guys cheers for your kind words  i need it to get my arse in gear to finnish it as im getting bord with the stage im at right now having to paint up the running gear and tracks. The sledge hammer and most of the rest  of the tank still need more work in one way or another and as for the rust effect i will go into detail a bit as how i do it in a later post cheers for the interest.
