Simply unbelievable. I still can't get over the number of contest entries.( Over 3000 entries for judging, plus another 1000 or so for display only). I believe it's an all time record for IPMS. Met Jeff Herne, Mark Thompson and Paul Boyer from the FSM staff. Also saw gunnery, lizardqing, renarts, erush , modelnut and several others (sorry folks, couldn't remember everyone's names). Pics will be posted soon. Can't wait for Kansas City next year! :D

Does any one know any thing about the AC-130 that is pictured in the group posts?

It is the most detailed 130 I have seen pictures of, especially the engins.
The panel lines are a bit heavy though.

my mind was blown away with all of the entries that was there. and all of the vendors. i didn't know where to start when i got there. now i can't wait till the next time i get to go.

I didn't get to meet the builder, but he spent over 4000 hours on this build; it was noticable. Incredible level of detail.

Was indeed an awesome time. Best part was meeting up with alot of the guys met on the forums.

Here is a pic of the plane. Was hard to get a decent one of it since it was inside a case.
