Not aware of any in the mainstream, probably a resin one available.

Attack models makes one in resin in 1/72 scale.  Peddinghaus of Germany made one in 1/32 (I believe) a while back.

I know a major artillery company maker who would LOVE to make one but the actual specifications and tech images haven't been discovered (despite the existance of the Aberdeen survivor)

...that's who I was trying to think of...they also made (make) a lot of other cool stuff, such as searchlight batteries and radar arrays...they were big into the anti-aircraft scene...

There's quite a lot out there:  Heck, look at inj plastic the last few years:

DML Pak 40, Flak36, Flak 37, Karl Morser, Leopold K5, 2cm Flak

AFV Club Pak 40, Pak 43/41, 3x leFH18 10.5cm howitzers, USMC 105mm M102 howitzer, M1 155mm Long Tom, 8" Howitzer

Trumpeter (to release 10cm K18, 15cm sFH18, Karl Morser, Leopold 28cm K5)

(I know I'm missing some too)

If you want to go resin, then look to Cromwell Models, Precison Models, Japanese Armor King, Trakz,  and a few others.
