Ok, what do you want to build? Star Wars, Trek, Macross?

I vote for some sort of armored suit (of course ).

lets do gundam with WWII paint scheme that sounds good. I have no idea what i am doing but we can work it out.

What about a general Military Sci-Fi group build.  It could include armored suits, fighters, sci-fi tanks, warships, etc... 

i have two i want to do. the MG GM Sniper, and the MG ZakuII that i have yet to build. i was thinking maybe german colors for Zaku, and a Dark Green camo for the Sniper.

If that would work better for some and get them to join in on the fun I would not be against it. would be kinda cool to see an X-wing in WWII US Navy or US Army colors.

I can live with that. I may have to go get a new gundam type Mobile Suit though. I, m thinking..... One Year Warish. For me. maby I will do up the Gouf to go with it. you know, a little epicness.

This sounds cool.  Unfortunately I have no idea what the color schemes were for WWII armies.  But theres a whole group of people a forum click away that can help with that.  What would be the start and end dates?  And can anyone make one of those cool icons for the signature line? 

 

I agree.  Shows like Star Wars and Star Trek assume that to get that level of technology the world would have to be working together for the resources, or else that we would have to reach that level before we wouldn't just kill ourselves with the technology.  But no one shaows what it would be like at first.  I mean we could have space fighters in 50 years or a little more.  But we certainly won't have put all our differences aside and made one big nation by then.  So space fighters in country colors would be awesome. 

OK, how does this sound,

 

Build starts off on 7\15\08 and runs until 7\15\09.

 

Rules are as follows, kit may not be started already when build begins- must be new or just one in your stash that you had been meaning to build but didnt have a plan for yet.

For what ever story your kit is from, good guys= Allies, Bad guys= Axis(not the gundam Axis. sorry).

 Post WIP and keep updated. once you decide on a kit let whoever ends up posting the GB know so they can put it on the front page of our GB thread.

May join at any time as long as you folow the rules and are finished by the end date.

 

GB logo may be posted in Signature box AFTER completion of kit. also more than one kit is aceptable as long as you can finish all on time.

 

Did I leave anything out that you all wanted to add? If so let me know.

The reason I suggested the 15th is cause its my next payday. sooner will work just fine for me as well however. just got to see what every one else thinks.
