NASCAR COT models?

Hi,

Maybe this has already been asked, but, has anyone heard of the car of tomorrow being produced by anyone in 1/24 scale?  Thanks,

Don't remember anyone announcing a COT kit but I would thank that there working on it. I am sure the will have to clear it with NASCAR before it is releaced though.

Re: NASCAR COT models?
I made one COT using Mike's resin body. I made the Dale Earnharst Jr. Elvis car. In addition to buying the body, you need a donor kit, sheet plastic. and aftermarket decals. Total cost to make one model is about $70. A lot of decals are being made for the COTs but it is expensive to make the model. On another forum, scores of us have written to Revell asking about the COT kit. The standard answer we all receive is that they are thinking about it. It does have a lot to do with the licensing issue as NASCAR owns the design. Most of the modelers I know have only made one or two COTS because of the expensive. We are building from our stashes instead. And I agree that Mike's service is great.
