I think the Community Assistance (aka Forum Help) forum header confuses many people, especially newcomers to the forum.
The regulars know that it is a forum for asking questions about forum usage/issues, but for the newcomer, it sounds like just the place to ask the forum members for help.
As a result, that particular forum is flooded with general modelling questions - "where do I get...", "How do I..." etc etc.
