How to mirror?
Posted by Claudius1234 on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 6:52 PM

Question for you fellow model builders.

What is the best way to create a realistic mirror for cars and army trucks?

Thanks

I cover the actual mirror surface with Bare Metal Foil, usually the Chrome if I have some, otherwise Polished Aluminum works okay too.

Ditto  Ditto . Bare Metal Foil - Chrome works great for that.

I use my mini punch to punch out discs from the chrome colored inside of chip bags.
