                        I would like to know where my February issue is? Alaska must be on an alien planet.  Europe gets their copies way before I do.  What gives?  This is the second time this year it has happened.  Why?  I would like my replacement copy autographed by the editorial staff which shows that this was read by someone and dealt with.  Thank You
