Is the "use rich formatting" there? Thats how you do it. But since I just use full site I'm not sure if it's on the mobile screen.

Not in mobile

Also, is there a way to quote a previous reply using the mobile version? I use an iPad quite often to view the site but I haven't been able to quote another user in my responses. Am I missing it or is it simply not there?

I always try and use the full site when possible rather than the mobile site.

I find the mobile site awkward to use and very 'in your face'. It has also been the reason for my inactivity, if it was possible to disable the mobile site entirely I would do it.

I am also using the mobile site often. I like the suggestions above. But I would like to add one more: an edit button. I often mistype when using my Iphone but now I have to repost, which looks really silly.

As gunner chris said, it will keep reverting back to mobile even after you click the full site tab. Hey FSM Staff, any resolution here about the problem? Its seems this issue is just being brushed aside. If so let me know so I dont waste my time anymore.

Dont mean to sound harsh but you would be irratated too if to read a darn post by clicking the read last post link to only be reverted back to the mobile version and be on the first post of the thread, to then wait for all the B.S. to load so you could hit the full site tab to then finally read the darn post you intended to read in the first place is an absolute chore. Then this solution lasts for ten to fifteen minutes at most. And before you try the blame game of my phone, it also happens on other phones but I dont have this problem what so ever on other websites..

I may have to take a little hiatus from the site.. It is really getting annoying with the mobile site. If no pages are going to be made then give us the option to choose either full site or mobile site in our preference... I could be in the middle of something and then bam goes into mobile version and loose track of where I was at...

I'm sorry if this offends the higher ups running this site but seriously the mobile version SUCKS on my phone and iPad...

Any chance of adding the following:

A. When clicking on a thread it goes to last post. For example when I opened the aircraft trivia thread there's over 6000 replies, but when I click on it I go straight to the 1st post and have to load more replies over and over again just to see the latest entry.
B. ability to add photos to posts
C. Under the gear drop down list adding "your discussions"

Just some suggestions -hopefully someone actually reads in here......

I don't even care about B. and C. - but the ability to switch between first post & last post is desperately needed. It looks good on my iPod Touch, but I've stopped using the mobile FSM site because of that issue. Bang Head

I am a mobile user as well, and it needs some serious tweaking.

And clearly it recognizes some formatting......I used the enter key for some paragraph formatting. Clearly it didn't recognize it.
