I was printing off the Magazine Indexes last night and ran into a few problems.
The 2002 Index - vol. 20, the PDF didn't open completely but I got enough to print it out.
The 2001 Index - vol. 19, the PDF didn't open at all.
And it would be nice if the 1999 Index - vol. 17 was in the same format as the rest. Pics of the covers and page 2 could be laid out like a regular page.
Just my little whine, but I would like to get the 2001 Index.
