Just went on the weekly run to my not so close local shop and he had 'em!

This rag (That's not meant to be derogatory, that's just my slang for magazines!) has quite a different look from 'yer typical Kalmbach pub, and I noticed that it was produced in partnership with "Model Expert" magazine from Athens. Can I ask how that came about? Just curious, 'cuz with one exception, I'm really liking the content and layout in this one.

But then, I'm a fan of European model rags!

I saw a whole stack of them for sale at my local hobby shop...makes me wonder why I bother ordering it from the company when I can get it sooner on the stands... :(

Should hit the streets July 1st, at least according to the schedule on my office wall.

I can't make promises about how quickly the stockers at your local store will get the magazines from the back room to the shelves.....

BTW, I gotta say this thing is absolutely awesome. When I first saw the proofs, I was just bowled over--and that was with fuzzy low-res images. Amazing models and photography! Cool [8D]Cool [8D]Cool [8D]

The Warbird Modeling Magazine mailed on June 19th, and should be received by USA subscribers by July 3rd. Canadian subscribers should receive it by July 10th (unless there's a Canadian postal strike), and subscribers in other foreign countries should receive it by July 24th.

Jeeves,

Yes, it should be sent out as soon as it's available. The expected shipping date according to the catalog is June 19th. What the actual ship date will be, I don't know the exact dates. What I do know is that I just received my employee copy and it looks awesome!!! Cool [8D]Wink [;)]

So start watching your mailbox, it should be arriving soon.

I recently sent in a resubscription for another year of FSM and also paid in advance for this new issue. Will it automatically be sent out to us when it is available on the newstands??
