                        No tool bar on Rich Formatting.

                        Whenever I post using Rich Formatting using my Laptop and Windows 8, I don't see a tool bar on top.

                        When I use my phone or a computer with windows 7 I see it.

                        Is this a Windows 8 thing? If so can it be fixed?

                        This also makes it more difficult to post pictures.

                        It's more an IE11 thing than a Windows 8 issue.

                        It'll work with other browsers (eg. Firefox or Chrome).

                        You can get it to work under IE11 by adding finescale.com to the Compatibility View list. (under "tools" on the menu bar or by clicking the gearwheel icon at the top right of the screen)
