Here's one for your IT guy's FINO (that First In - Never Out) fix queue:

On my previous post about being underwhelmed I see where there are 5 responses and 0 views.    You appear to not be tracking views correctly.   At a minimum I would expect a minimum of 5 views assuming that everyone who responded also viewed the message
