This is absolutely correct! If you suspect that you are missing a digital issue then please email Bekcy and she will help you!
Be sure to tell her your name, account number, and what issue you're missing (making sure to point out that this is for FineScale Modeler).
YES! The same thing happened to me. I discovered the problem about a week back. If you need a contact name at Zino--let me know. I have one. PM me. It appears the problem was at Zino.

If you click on the "update Account" link at the top of the page, a message is displayed indicating that the Customer Service page is unavailable. This suggests that there is something amiss with the customer database (which is separate to, but linked to the forum members database).
Oh well, another "hurry up and wait" scenario playing out.

I'm not a subscriber, but I suspect it may be related to the login/username issues that the site has been experiencing of late.
Has anybody else not received any of there digital subscritions from Zino, missing both January and February additions of FSM. Contacted Kalmach Media but no resolution.
Getting a little niffed, I miss getting some enjoyment out of this magizine.
