Believe me, if I could, I would. I've answered in the other threads covering this error, we have only so much dev time to go around. However, it looks like that should be freeing up in the near term, so I'm pushing for some relief on several items. If you have any more actionable information regarding the error (OS, browser, etc.) that hasn't already been reported, please add it to one of the existing threads.
