Testing posting without error

Hey, it worked!

Now I think of the typical end to a 1950's sci-fi movie...

"But for how long?"

or

"The End?" and a big question mark fills the final frame.

As I expected-I experienced "Son of 504", or "The Return of the 504".  For the past 4 days, I couldn't connect successfully.  Even refreshing the command timed out.  This morning, though, I got in on the first try.

On past weekdays the forum was dead to me, I could see nothing. Now if this posts this will be the first post here for 9 days. They don't even market the forums in the newsletter. Hello!

Rob Gronvious asked me to tell everybody that is reading this, that he didn't leave the forums here - he just can't log in and consequently can't post. He also can't open another account (which shouldn't be necessary in the first place).

It's a shame what happened to this forum...
