When you've relaxed a bit, please walk me through the exact process you followed when attempting to post a picture.
BTW, I do concur that FineScale should allow posting of images directly from one's computer but I suspect there are downsides to that from the digital magazine's point of view - otherwise why wouldn't they have allowed that to happen?

I'm on the computer at various times of the day and evening and I am retired and single so I don't mind talking you through the process if you feel like it might be worth a shot. I'm available from around 8 a.m. to about 9 p.m. (old fogy that I am I usually get ready for bed around 9 p.m.)
It costs me nothing to call within the continental USA so I'd be happy to call you at your convenience if you'd prefer. If we did have a conversation on the phone it would be best for you to be on your computer while we went through the whole process.
It has come to my mind that everything I've told you so far is based on the assumption that you're working on a Windows computer and not an Apple product. I do not know how to help you if your operating system is Linux or Apple.
