You’ve been a member for 15 years and you're now asking how this place works?

This should be good...

Looks like you have all sorts of things figured out if you ask me.

Nice model (nice freehand airbrushing, looks great). You figured out how to post a pic. You can type.

Batting 1000 so far, I'd say.

Gotta admit your 2004 tenure date caught my eye too. Maybe you're like me. My dad taught me never to rush into anything. I think I've taken his advice to extremes as I pretty much never accomplish anything.

Thanks.  As far as the time delay;  Work became very busy when I first subscribed and no spare time for forums and thought I wanted to model more than a forum post.  Now health and age have led to retirement.  I now have time for more fun.

I see that poking the bear is still a large part of the forums though Confused

Apologies if I came across to you as “poking the bear”. I meant my response in good humor. But you have pretty much been on here since the forum was first formed, and was floored by that fact. Kinda hard to say “welcome aboard” to an “old” OG member. Although it is very understandable as to preferring to actually work on something during your free time compared to spending time posting. This place can be very distracting. Usually in a good way.

As was said above, you have figured out how to post photos in your posts, so you have the hard stuff down. And by the way, that is a beautiful Kubelwagen and driver figure. I do hope that you share more such work here, and hopefully lots of it soon. We always need more tread head modelers here.

No problem, we are good.  I took it as a good-natured poke.  Getting a few things settled and plan on enjoying the forums in the very near future more.

Leave it to Stik to poke the bear... er... Rhino. LOL! Welcome back and looking forward to more of your builds. I’d love to see more of the Kubelwagon though....
