Hello to my fellow modelers.
I have been building now for 18 years. My dad got me into this great hobby when I was just 7yrs old as when he started building.
My first a/c was a 1/32 P-51B by I think Revell but anyway I still have that kit. And yes it is still in one piece.
Its still cool to look back to when I first started out and what I can produce today
I build 1/48th scale w/ a lil dip into 1/72 now and then depending on the a/c or time.
A true fan of WWII ships but hey I'm still a kid at heart so I do have to go with the newer sports models once in awhile..
JETS R FOR KIDS(LOL).
I am a active memeber of the IPMS Niagara Frontier Chptr aka "The Buffcon Boys" Either you love us or hate us which is a shame anyway.
My dad and I have been recieving FSM for about 12yrs or so. I knew about this site but have'nt really had time till now with work in all.
I enjoy building b/c it helps me to relax and is a good learning tool on how to keep calm under pressure(LOL). Just kidding aside I love aviation and I enjoy the final product..!!!
The last two a/c I built was a 1/48th P-51(Hase)from the 357th FG, 362nd FS "Miss Innocence" and a D-520(Tam) late war. Which the P-51 won "Best A/C 4out of 5 shows.
I have done very well at shows in the last 7yrs now but if it was'nt for my dad, club memebers and FSm I would not be where I am today
I am always learning and I am glad that I finally joined this forum. I am gald to help out as best as I can when ever anyone needs it but most of all I know where I can get help too.

BIG HATS OFF to all those who model no matter what skill level you are. Glad to be here. Flaps up, Mike
If you would listen to everybody about the inaccuracies, most of the kits on your shelf would not have been built Too Close For Guns, Switching To Finger
