Welcome Paul........  glad to have you back.

No stupid questions,,,,,     the razor saw will work, yes. Remove in small segments as you get closer to the subject.,,  be careful.

I use "zap" super glue to fix resin. Any decent hobby shop or site will have a variety.

Best of luck with the figures.

Enjoy the ride!

Welcome Sign A razor saw is a good bet for pour plugs, sometimes depending on the piece you can just scribe repeatedly then snap them off, clean up with sanding sticks. Glue with a CA (Super) glue. For more details the folks in the figure section are very helpful.

Welcome back to the hobby. Seems like this is becoming a trend...and in my simple mind that is a good thing.

Welcome to the Forums Paul Welcome Sign.  Resin casting blocks can best be removed with a Razor Saw.  Resin can be glued with CA or Epoxy, conventional glues wont work.

Hi,

I have recently returned to modelling after an absence of around 35 years. There has been a lot of changes. Very impressed by quality and info available. I am into 1/35 ww2 diorama.

This may sound very stupid but could someone please explaint the best way to clean prepare (remove blocks) and glue resin figures. I have recently purchased some Verlinden but I am loathed to start without proper instruction.

Are there any tutorials or videos available?

Your assistance is much appreciated.

Paul
