I think your guru did a good thing. Everyone needs a little nudge sometimes to try new things. That's good your club had someone like that.

And welcome to the community... And WOW!! You do have a diverse taste for modelling.. Anyway I do wish you success in whatever you build.. Feel free to consult the guys here if you have any queries at all.. they're very helpful with some of them having 30 yrs experience in modelling... Do enjoy your stay here..

South african living in England. The weather is terrible but has an added advantage more time in doors to build models. I was in to airplanes but now am trying whatever takes my fancy. at present m113 tow missile launcher, roman war galleon and the rescue ship arkona (Revell Kit)
