Hello All,

I am now retired and returned to the hobby and my collection of kits I have quite a collection of inbuilt kits and unfinished projects. I planned on building a lot of these kits when I retired. I build mostly aircraft but but I like ships spacecraft and basically ,whatever else catches my eye.

My perspective on this hobby is a little different than most people because I'm ow visually impaired and I'm now working almost exclusively with my CCD magnifier. It is a high deinition magnifier and I am amazed t what I can do with it. I am currently downsizing my kit collection to what I think I did build in the next 20 years, hopefully . I am currently working on an Italeri 1/48 scale F-14 using the decals for VF - 51, the Screaming Eagles. I really like this particular livery for this aircraft.

I like the research as much as the building and have quite a collection of reference books nd photos. I almost never build ikits straight from the box and almost always use aftermarket decals  to have something different and like to challenge.

Looking forward to participating in the Forum. Thanks for reading this post!
