Another new guy.

Hello from Alberta,Canada.

My main hobby for the last 10 years has been bulding and flying RC planes but need a break from it so here I am in the process of building a Tamiya 1 /35 Panzer Ausf H. tank thats been sitting on my hobby shelf for the last 14 years.

I'm really enjoying this hobby so far and none of the stress of flying RC planes.

Not one to gently ease in to anything I have already purchased 3 more armor kits and a bunch of Tamiya acrylic paints/brushes/tools/plus an airbrush.

I know I'm not going to become some master modeler anytime soon but I like to be prepared LOL.

Hello there! Welcome to the Forums! Glad to have you with us.

Been down the same road. Used to fly R/C planes and gliders, R/C cars and sailboats. Still have 1 plane, 1 car and 1 sailboat out in the garage. Haven't used them in about 25 or 30 years. Have kept building models continually for 74 of my 80 years along with all the other hobbies I've been involved with.

Hope you enjoy being with us. The members are very knowledgeable and ready to help out with any problems or questions that you might have.

Welcome RCGuy. This is a good space, lots of advice, good people and constructive critiscism if you want it. We have a good friend here in Lakes Entrance, Australia, who is from your part of the world. Enjoy the forums.
