Getting back to the hobby
Posted by ww2Xplorer on Monday, January 4, 2021 9:30 AM

Hi everyone.

I have done a few scale models about five years ago but today, with the pandemics and the lockdown, I really want to get back at it.

I am very interested in world war 2 history so it wont be a surprise if you see me modeling those vehicles.

Have a great day :)

Welcome to the Forums! Glad to have you aboard.

My favorites are WWI & WWII planes followed by sailing ships but I build anything that strikes my fancy at the time and my wallet says OK. Wink Been building models since 1946 (6 years old) and never stopped. Loved every minute of it ...........well, there was that time back in....Sad

Enjoy. If you have any questions, just ask. That's what we're here for.

Welcome

Steve

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Welcome back.  I took about 5 years off a bit ago and in this hobby/industry that's a HUGE tech gap so you'll find a lot of new and cool manufacturers/tools/bits etc.

Thanks,

John

A little question for you. How can I add an image to my post?
