Finally a new forum for a new hobbyist
Posted by Teenage Modeler on Saturday, January 23, 2021 4:21 PM

Hey all! Currently, I am a teenage boy (14) who has a love and passion for scale models. It was all thanks to my dad, who had the same passion, when he too was still a kid. I always saw boxes of Tamiya and Italeri and Revell sitting in the dust in the corner of a room, when I was still a kid. I always thought who will try and resurect these forgotten relics. I decided to try it, and I was hooked. I watched so many tutorial vids when I was a child, and what can I say, I learned a lot. One of the first good models I made was a Tamiya A6M3 Zero fighter (My profile pic), and I was impressed by the results.

Currently, I am building an AMT 1996 Corvette Collector Edition. It will be my first car model to build, and I sure am excited. I joined this website, and forum, so that I can ask many questions from talented people like all of you, so I can know many techniques and advice that I can use, to make my scale models look awesome as heck! Anyway, I know I wrote a lot, but I just had a lot in mind. Thank's for taking the time to read this, I appreciate it!
