OHO!

The rule of thumb-"Happy Wife, Happy Life!" Now that said, here's where it get's interesting. Can you ask her what she would like to see built. Then that's what you do.  Build one of her choice and when done tell her "that's yours". She will then feel included into your modeling life. If she doesn't pick, then build one for her anyway. OH! Welcome aboard too!

Welcome back, Devin! Welcome Sign Always nice to have a new inmate in the asylum.

But seriously, I think you'll enjoy your time here. It's a great group. Feel free to ask questions and share your own work. (We love to see pictures! Propeller)

Welcome back.  How old are your boys?   I tried to get my two sons and my daughter into the hobby.   They did a couple kits but it never took.  Oddly enough years later my son-in-law is building kits, but they just had a baby so I'm sure it will be a while...  Post up your builds!

Thanks,

John

I'm Devin and I'm trying to get back into modeling after a very, very long hiatus.  I've amassed a good collection of various and sundry models and I've recently moved into a new house with a nice workshop area.  Hopefully my three boys will let me have some time (or maybe I can teach 'em a thing or two).  I look forward to learning and improving.  And maybe--just maybe--finishing something (and throughly impressing my wife).
