Welcome to FSM Blackwind24 and welcome back to the hobby. Good to have you come and join us. Don't worry about the wife, she'll learn to appreciate you being deskbound by the hobby. See you around the Armour Forum.

Rekindling the passion!

Hi all! Big Smile [:D] I just wanted to introduce myself. Its been an off and on hobby for me (mostly off! Sad [:(]). Started modelling tanks in the 7th grade about 17 years ago! I'm from the Philippines and I work as a University Counselor.

I am starting to take interest in figure modeling as well. I am starting on two projects: A set of Tamiya's 1/35 historical samurai figures and Academy's 1/35 MCV Warrior (which i bought about 2 years ago!) I plan to do a vignette with the former and a diorama with the latter.

I'm taking things slow as I am practicing techniques on an old kit (Academy's 1/35 M113A2 vulcan). I find time to work on my hobby as it is an excellent relaxation activity. Helps me a lot!

One thing's fer sure is that the internet and my issues of FSM really helps a lot in rekindling my passion in scale modeling . . . not that my wife really agrees!Wink [;)]

Later!
