Back in 1945 - 1946, Freeman Airfield (just outside of Seymour, Indiana, home of John Cougar Mellencamp) was used to test captured Axis aircraft. Watch this video, and see how many you can recognize.......

You're welcome, jb4406! You noticed the Dominator, too. I was wondering if anyone else would even know what it was. I was impressed with the all the German stuff on display, including the helicopters. A V-1, a V-2, Me-163, Me-262, Ar-234, Ju-88, etc. Lots of great planes. Too bad that almost all of them were scrapped not long after all the testing on them was done. There's a rumor that they were buried out there on the airfield somewhere. Hope it's true and someone finds them and digs them up.
