They sure do.

I've been lucky enough to see J-015 "Orange Lion" display on a good few occasions, gorgeous aircraft & amazing display - just a pity that J-015 has now been through maintenance & returned to it's rather dowdy standard scheme - All good things come to an end......

Yes, the F-16's speed brakes are on the aft fuselage trailing edge, between the afterburner nozzle and the stabilators. They split up and down like on the A-6 and A-10.
