Some real, some replicas although its hard to say which. The D-VII is a replica, I would guess the X-1 is.

Also it seems that they are in an ongoing rent dispute with LAX and will be closing soon.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Well I Googled it and it does look like a cool place to check out.Their own website doesn't say much about the individual aircraft whic is surprising. But some other articles called it " a historical collection of 20 aircraft".So perhaps they are the real thing.

Has anyone been to the Proud Bird outside LAX? My wife and son were able to go and they have quit a few old warbirds on display. I was wondering if they were real, and if anyone had pictures. John
