my first model show in a while

I've never entered anything,but I eally enjoy going meeting people from the forums,shopping,and looking at all the great work on display.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed it.  I always have a great time at the shows. Have found that the best time to hit the vendors is either right after the doors open or as they start to pack up and leave. I've made my best buys as they pack up and maybe don't want to take all their stuff back with them (or so they say). At least you can really haggle with them and try to get a good deal.

I enjoy meeting people and talking shop. Learned a lot that way. Made a lot of friends too.

They're great places to meet people and see what they are building.  You can get ideas for future builds, get inspired to try other subject areas, and pick up poiners on techniques, and just have a little fun.

I'll ask before someone else does....any pictures?
