Hello Everyone & Hope Your ALL Well
Posted by Hunter on Saturday, January 21, 2017 1:38 PM

Hello Gentlemen,

It seems like it has been 5 years not 5 months since I was last here. Wow....it has been a very busy and hectic time. Jill and I sold our home and moved to Columbia Falls, MT. where we purchased 5.5 acres and built a new home. I have been working nonstop at work and on the home.

I have not forgotten any of you, and often thought of all of you while all of this was happening.

I can't wait to get back to the bench and start building again. I have a few GB's to start and finish first (LOL)!

I didn't get to say it earlier....but I wish all of you a very happy and healthy New Year.

See you soon.....

Hunter

Welcome back my friend Welcome Sign It's good to see you back. I for one was a little concerned considering the dangerous job you have.

I'm really looking forward to your builds. I know the few you did showed fans and great improvement.

Now get to the Sub Warfare GB and GET TO WORK!!! Wink

Steve

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Yes Sir!! Big Smile I may need your assistance on my kit. I don't know if you remember but the kit I purchased had a few broken parts and some missing. I will definitely need to scratch build these parts.

I'll know more once I get into the build on what is damaged or missing. It's great to be back my friend....really happy too hear your doing well.

Okay !

Now we're cooking .That's one of my favorite models . I have built about thirty over the years . It's okay , and may have flash and such , But the potential !

Many of mine have wound up as early  , early , versions of luxury Motor yachts ! Now as a warship she definitely shows the sorely lacking equipment we had back then .

I love these types of vessels and hope you knock it out of the park !   T.B.

Hey T.B. !

You are absolutely correct....this kit has a lot of flash and a missing piece or two but I look forward to the build. I have been researching these vessels for awhile and they were a vital asset to chasing the "steel shark"
