Nice win Eagles.  Hate to see what the city looks like this morning.......

The TD to Foles was a thing of beauty.  You don't get any more wide open unless no one else is on the field.

So glad to see the Eagles beat the Pats and Tom Brady. Hated them. Now Brady can finally wipe that smug off his face for a change.

No hate here as I haven’t got the energy. I just simply like rooting for the underdogs. ;)

Happy the Eagles won. As for the Pats beating the Seahawks, I don't think the deflated ball cost the Hawks the game. It was a bad play call made by the coaches,. I was in Shreveport, LA. and was one of only 4 Seahawk fans, very disappointing.

Gotta admit it was fun to watch the Pats be taken down.

I'll bet that high Roller in Vegas that bet 100 thousand on pat to win is crying  his beer today.

Well, dont forget the Hawks really had no business being down on the goal line anyway, what with that deflected catch with the receiver laying on his back,"look what I found".

I think there were some huge Eagle bets cashed in also.

Will everyone be back next year for the Pats? How will they look? Retirements? Partings?

Hard to say, both coordinators are leaving, even been rumors of Belechick leaving.Lot of free agents,Gronk talking retirement, they usually pull it together, especially when people predict their demise.I respect the hell out of them, and really enjoy the way they do things, but I am a long time Raiderfan,so wouldnt mind seeing them step back some.

I vaugely remember the game Tojo, I kinda recall thinking that there was a BS call that favored the Seahawks that put them in the red zone. I noticed this Superbowl that the officials let the players play the game. Not a fan of some think tank in New York making calls during the game but thats what we have today.

I think you're going to see the end of the Patriots Dynasty. So many coaches jumping ship for other coaching jobs or retiring, Players going on the trading block (Butler a real possibilty), players retiring (Gronk), etc...

The Patriots' future is one big unknown. I think you're going to see a weaker Patriots team come 2018.

I really enjoyed that game the refs let them play!!! no belly aching no red flags ticky tack penalties I cooked before the game and at half time and the eagles won. there is a crack in the patriots foundation

Great game, and a fantastic finish for the Eagles. Ditto on the lack of flags...it was great to see the refs let them play ball, and it was also refreshing to see the very few "in your face" moments on the field. Both teams played well and with respect; not something we see often.

As far as the off season goes, I too hope the NFL can figure out what is a catch, and what constitutes pass interference. So many calls this past season were inconsistent, and this stuff of calling New York is just BS. Time to get all the refs on a the same page in a simpler rule book.

Next season Go Steelers!

Dirty dealings with McDaniels and the Colts though. You think he found out Luck is done?

That and he's on a gentlemen's handshake that he'll get the Pats when Belichick leaves next year.

Does anybody think the Mc Daniel thing was payback for when the Colts started that deflategate nonsense that resulted in Brady's suspension, hadnt heard that angle, but the Colts were the ones who got it rolling after they got whipped in that AFC championship game in the rain

As I hear it, the big brouhaha about conflict in the organization earlier was a reflection on Belichick's plan to trade Brady after the Super Bowl, win or lose, and continue coaching with Garoppolo whom he considered the future. The logic being Brady' age and skills both on the decline. Anyone watching this year could see his passing off and jumpier in the pocket, but still a valuable commodity for a team looking to stiffen up their QB position especially for a younger QB,or draft choice. Couple this with all the QB12 and his personal trainer coaching other players on team time and property, 2 birds with one stone.

Kraft stuck by his "son" Brady, and Jimmy was gone due to salary cap and/or franchise tag problems, with Brady and Garoppolo up for new contracts this season. Plan B has Belichick leaving next season for an Academy/college job ,handing over the pats to McDaniels.

My bet is Bill B. becomes the GM or president of football operations at NE and Josh McD gets the team. Pats will use a 2nd or 3rd round pick to get a decent QB. Last time they used a number one was Drew Bledsoe in the pre-Kraft era.
