Has anyone ever order anything from hobby link usa I am thinking about ordering some kits from them. But I been reading customers review . It seems like they have a major customer service problem. Has anyone had this experience.
I ordered from them before and didn't have any issues. Scalehobbyist is a bit cheaper than them unless there's something not found anywhere else.
My first order from them was just 2 wks ago. Like Sheep, no issues, everything was fine.
The only thing I don't understand is why it takes them approx three days to get the order out the door. That seems to be their norm if I read their site right.
This is getting harder and harder to accept in the days of order today and get it tomorrow with free shipping.
I would order from them again despite my wishing they shipped faster.

I order stuff from HobbyLink from time to time. Never had an issue.
Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"
