Okay,Youse Guys and Gals-What am I ?

Hi;

      I am almost 7 inches long. I have three sides. I don't roll off work benches if you put me down. Although that can get messy! I have Brownish kind of finish, smooth and comfortable to the hand. I am tiny in one place. Very fine and of very good quality. My cousin on the same bench is over forty years old ! What Am I ? I also am used to spruce up faces( On Miniatures)
