                        I've been going here:  https://ezgif.com/maker

                        • Select your pics and click upload
                        • Click ignore size difference.
                        • Under the GIF options set delay to 200
                        • Under Effects check off Don't stack frames.

                        I'm pretty sure that's what I've been doing, but playing with the options will get you what you want.

                        It's been more than 10 years since I last made one of these animated showcase gifs, and my memory isn't what it once was.  Is there still a step by step walkthrough for creating one?  Tried searching around the forum to no avail.
