Thanks to everyone who participated in supporting what we all stand for.
I was assigned to run a precinct polling place, a promotion from the last several where I've been a clerk.
The training was fascinating and really helped me understand all of the jargon being tossed around this week.
Unfortunately, I was notified on the 28th that I was exposed to a person who was exposed to a person...etc.
So I had to get tested, and then wait until either that person tested negative or I waited 14 days.
All tests came back negative by Halloween but by then the county had to release me and go to an alternate so I was sidelined.
But there was a record turnout, which is great.
Go USA!
