Lights ? Really ?
Posted by tankerbuilder on Monday, May 18, 2015 2:10 PM

Oh , I thought you were talking about the ones that go out when someone hits me in the head ! LOL.LOL.               I use OTT lights on the bench and have two 48" lights above - two bulbs in a warm ( daylight ) tint , in each unit .great for these old eyes .I still use , fastened on the back , my Square magnifier light from my engineering job .

All this is low heat and energy efficient .My engineering light is low heat and flame and spark resistant ? That's the way it came .

I'm not a big fan of daylight bench lighting.  I attend few outdoor contests or shows- most events I attend have a mix of fluorescent and incandescent lighting, so I build with those.

Ya know  I never thought about it that way,  I guess I am to OCD  wanted to get it the exact color as it would be outside.\
