FSM Customer Service

FSM has outsourced their customer service to a company out of Florida. I tried to talk to them about renewing, and buying the new CD of the most recent 10 years and the Florida people had no idea what I was talking about. I was able to find the number for corporate because the Florida people just gave me a second # for their offices instead of the corporate # I asked for. I'm supposed to get a call from corporate on Monday, and I'm sure that they'll be able to handle my concerns, but be aware when you call their customer service you are not talking to FSM, but a 3d party representative.
