The font used by the USAAF during early WWII was "Aerorelix Stencil". You can find this font in true type online - mostwith free download.
Note: The open (Stencil) was filled in by painting them closed.

From a little bit of research, I found that most people have used a font called "amarillo USAF". Here is a link: https://www.dafont.com/amarillo-usaf.font

can anyone advise if there is a printer font for the group tail letters..... where can I find it? What is it called? For use in a framing project of a b-17 lithograph.
