Contacting Fujimi for a replacement part to a model I'm building

I recently bought a 1/16 scale Fujimi Alpha Romeo T33 on eBay and there's a part missing. Does anyone know how to contact Fujimi for this?

 

Did the eBay seller disclose that the kit was incomplete?

It was a sealed kit so he had no idea. I actually found the pin inside one of the tires lol but not until after I found a piece of metal I had that worked as a pin.

Good to hear. Sometimes parts get hidden inside the box.

Just because a kit is sealed, doesn't mean it's never been opened. In the mid 70's, I worked at a KayBee Toy and Hobby. I would roouitinely open new kits to see what they looked like and carefully repack everything. We had a device the shrink wrapped the boxes.

That's an excellent point, Al.  I am skeptical of any eBay seller's claim that a package is "unopened", unless I can verify it to the best of my ability.  In the case of an online sale, it's practically impossible to verify.

Wasn't there the infamous vendor in the Mass. area that often sold shrinkwrapped kits that were not really factory sealed?
