Zoukei-Mura's upcoming release
Posted by snapdragonxxx on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 12:43 PM

ZM's Bf 109 G-14 update.

Seeing the new 1/32 109 G-14 on the old man's blog and the treatment given to it by the development guys there has me all fired up. There will be a series of 109 variants done as well as the Butcher Bird in 1/32 scale.

I think that this will be a must for Luftwaffe fans and the aircraft in 1/32 is not all that large and will give builders a huge insight into the actual construction of this iconic bird, such as the ZM idea is.

Pre-order for this gem is Jan. 15, 2022 – Mar. 13, 2022.

Release is Around June 2022.

Price: Special price of 9000 JPY (before tax)

In our money (UK).... £59.81 Of course, Tax and Shipping is added to this.

Americans have Volks USA for ordering. Contact them for details, the rest of us have the Volks/ZM Japanese website.

The special price is only for Pre-Order. Also this pre-order comes with a free Erich Hartmann figure.

I can see some beautiful results appearing on this forum!

Went down through the link and saw the F4D.  Have heard nothing but positive comments about their Phantoms.

Ordered one from Volks USA.  They showed as in stock.  Will let everyone know how it goes ordering through them.

It is their 10th anniversary and in those years although all their releases are limited editions due to them being a small family company their products are top end and although have quite a hight price you do get more than value for money as building one of their kits (especially the 1/32) is an educational experience about that aircraft, it's design and construction.

Their first kit was the Shinden:

It was very much a learning curve for them too and it does have its issues and you can see my build here:

Their builds now have no fit issues that I have encountered and go together like a dream. I have 2 Hs129's in my stash and am expecting their Ho-229 any day now. While not cheap, these kits are really the best aircraft kits out there in reguard to detail and education. Certainly an experience and a cabinet show stopper!

I just purchase a couple F4 kits so curious how their kits compare to others.
