Posted by Scale-Master on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 3:23 PM
Class of 2021
I started and finished thirteen kits, and made lots of progress the long-term Lola T-70 project.
Some of these graced the pages of FSM.
In chronological order of finishing:

X-15 - 1/72 Monogram.   Salvaged from a crushed kit.
F-19 - 1/72 Testors.   In Digital Camo I designed.
Senna McLaren - 1/24 Tamiya.
Keeler & Jones Pest Control  '72 Chevy Pickup - 1/25 AMT.   With scratch-built camper shell.
'66 Sunoco Corvette - 1/43 Starter resin kit.
Busby Nissan GTP300ZX - 1/43 Starter resin kit.
Stingaree Corvette Dragster - 1/25 AMT.
Brumos Porsche 911 - 1/43 Starter resin kit.
Brumos 966 - 1/43 Starter resin kit.
Ferrari Daytona Kammback - 1/24 Monogram.   With body & interior conversion.
Madness of the Streets  Luna & Selena Armored Sports Car - 1/32 Suyata.
Group 5 Celica LB - 1/24 Tamiya.
Toyota GR86 - 1/24 Tamiya.
Lola T-70 - 1/12 Scale-Master/Tamiya.

Build what you want and build it for yourself, the rest will follow... Mark D. Jones

Great stuff Mark.  13 is a great number, especially considering the quality of your builds.

Thanks,

John

I agree 13 is a nice number given the exceptional quality.  The camper and the Senna are stunning.

I agree with what everyone else had said, that your 13 kits for the year were outstanding builds.  I have to admit that when I first saw that Chevy truck I thought that it was "Farm Truck" from the tv show "Street Outlaws"

Great work, as always, Mark! A few of those builds look familiar. Where could I have seen them before? Geeked Can't wait to see what 2022 has in store.

Not into vehicles, but do remember the Chevy and canopy from FSM, and the tutorial with it.

Great work all around,!!
