Looking for bits and parts

That's where I found the specific PE parts I was looking for.

But the kit is $30 and has 12 sets of seatbelts.

I did a lot more hunting around on the Eduard site and found a PE superset for the Academy Seahawk that had the jump seat seatbelts as well as the Pilot, ATO and SO seatbelts.  Much cheaper because it's not pre-painted.

Now if Quinta or Red Fox can get their cockpit 3d printings done I'll be set.

The Scalemates site covers just about every recent kit, and has a page for the kit that includes aftermarket accessories for the kit.  Check there.

There isn't a place but the trip line seems to be engaging in commerce, so if I were you I'd ask in helicopters and offer a trade or whatever you can gin up.
