Apology
Posted by Dodgy on Monday, June 6, 2022 6:43 AM

G'day mates. To all of you who are running GB's that I am involved in and particularly to those participating in the Absent Friends GB, I wish to apologise for my abscence on these forums. My wife has been seriously ill and I find I have my hands full with caring for her and trying to keep the house and garden in some kind of order. It has left me with no time for the bench, or the PC. I hope you are all keeping well and hopefully I will be back with you in the near future.

Praying for your wifes rapid improvement. Family always comes first. I don't judge other people because I don't walk in their shoes. We simply don't know what is happening in other peoples lives. Wish you and her all the best. Come back only when you can and she's better, no sooner.

I am so sorry to hear of your troubles Rob, after our last private chat I suspected I had upset you...never had a reason to think that your beloved is in trouble. My apologies to you for being that selfish. I truly hope your beloved gets well soon and please remember my friend, until you say otherwise I will ALWAYS be your mate.

Never need to apologize for tending to real life instead of...whatever this is.Big Smile I hope we're all friends here, at least in spirit, and friends understand, even if your presence is missed.

All best wishes for your wife's improvement, and for your and your family's health and well-being. As that famous classic philosopher Red Green would say, "I'm pulling for you; we're all in this together."

Gee whiz, you need to take care of important things first- like family. We'll still be here when you're able to come back. My thoughts and prayers for you wife's speedy recovery.

Hi Ferg,

No worries, for I too am absent from modeling and group builds to care for family and a number of work and home improvement projects.

Hope you wife gets better.

Ferg,

No apologies necessary, the homefront takes presidence over hobbies, always.
