As you know:
I am in the progress of building a ship for a client that is not only H.O but is Vac-U-Formed. What I understood was it was incomplete. That's okay, except that turned out to be true of the pattern sheets and some pages of the instructions, where you had to refer to certain pages. They weren't there.
Plus in another rude surprise , turned out the Instructions were Copies of the originals. What pattern sheets there were, remained so small as to be useless! I enlarged three times only to discover by doing so, that they were then a 1/16 of an inch too large!
So here's a wee bit of advice for Vac Kit Modelers in your first venture in this medium. Know your subject as well as you can, because you are going to have to rely on the knowledge of it you have. Do your research and have it at hand, Make sure that you have all the raw materials you need, and good tools. Good Luck!
