Very impressive,a 1/16 Tiger I ,never went that big,but at $150.00 not a bad price considering the price of some 1/35 armor

If I ever get back to armor, this (particularly the already available Sherman) would be hard to resist for sure.
Something about big scale kits that draw me in.
Already checking couch cushions for change. My wife simply rolled her eyes while I did alittle jig.
Have the Sherman and it is a nice looking kit, the Das Werk Stug is ready for paint and was an absolute joy to build. Hard to say no to a Tiger.
we're modelers it's what we do
I have several 1/16th kits the two Tigers are awesome in that scale.
Dodgy
I long to live in a world where chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned
Wow, for a buck and a half!! Hey Pops(TB), perhaps I should remind you my birthday is coming up LOL!
Good price for the scale, but I wouldn't waste me time on a kit that big without it being FULL interior and pimp it out all the way.

On the bench:
A lot !! And I mean A LOT!!
2024 Kits on deck / in process / completed
14 / 5 / 2
I would love to see a full interior, thus scale kinda begs for it. I would probably mortgage my home to buy it....I can live with a " curbside" tank. Still a Tiger
Andy's taking pre-orders for the Tiger today !!!

Uh oh I feel a fool and his money shall soon be parted.
Whelp, I'm a fool....aaaannnnd my wallet is lighter.
Oh Yeah:
You young Whippersnapper! If'n you get anything It will be in 1/48! Not some Buck and a Half kit that even I can't have, So There!! I think I can get you one in the scale I listed at the next train show!
Ummm, TB, not that I care but are you talking to me? Armornut.... My bad, just looked back through thread and that was directed to Humper. Well maybe my wallet thinned my skin abit. Sorry good sir.
Twenty years ago (wow, has it been that long?), I won the Tamiya 1/16th full RC Tiger I in an online contest. I always thought I would build it when I retired. I also got the non-RC Tamiya King Tiger.
Haven't touched either one.
I got a shipping notice today
Although it will sit a bit, will be exciting to have it in hand.
I would love to tackle one of these but by the time exchange rate, taxes, customs and shipping are done I could probably buy a real tank for the cost!
